Main item's material: cardstock

Main item's features: design on both sides, square corners and placeholder data already present as shown in the image on the left.

Main item's description: military driver's license (formally motor vehicle operator's identification card) issued by the US Government (including the US Armed Forces) to personnel qualified to drive military and other government vehicles during the 1950s-1980s.

Remarks: the "Type 1" and "Type 2" of the "1955 Edition" feature different indications for the form's date and serial number at the bottom of the backside and in the lower right corner of the front side. The "Type 1" and "Type 2" of the "1963 Edition" feature slighlty different serial numbers (both in the lower right corner of the front side and at the bottom of the backside). In the "Type 1" of the same Edition, the lines defining the data fields do not touch each other or the border frame, while they do in the "Type 2". The Types of the "1963 Edition" also features the "Birthplace" and "Social Security Number" fields neither of which are present on the Types of "1955 Edition". The "Type 1" and "Type 2" of the "1977 Edition" feature slightly different fonts for the design as well as a different indication of the serial number in the lower right corner of the backside (see picture on the left for a comparison).
