What is that? The "status" banner, placed in the top right corner of the website's pages, indicates the operational status of the webiste, so that you always know if we are open for business.
Does this mean "status" can change? Yes. Status may change throughout the year. The following legend details what each status involves:
- CURRENTLY OPEN: this status indicates that we are open for business. Orders can be placed and processed as all activities proceed regularly. E-mails are regularly and timely answered.
In case of a planned suspension, a PLANNED SUSPENSION banner with the status from *date* to *date*, indicating the time frame for the suspension, will also appear below the CURRENTLY OPEN status.
- SUSPENDED UNTIL *date*: this status indicates that a suspension (planned or unplanned) has intervened and indicates when it ends. Orders cannot be processed until the specified date due to technical issues or holidays. E-mails are regularly answered albeit a slight delay in reply may be involed. Orders can be placed in advance during the suspension in order to ensure priority right after the resumption of activities.
- SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: this status indicates that a suspension (planned or unplanned) has intervened. Orders cannot be placed and processed until a further notice intervenes because of committments that do not allow to establish a deadline for the resumption of activities. Therefore, no deadline is set for the resumption of activities. E-mails are regularly answered albeit delays may be involved.
The banner will be present as soon as possible on all pages of the website, save for the Home page.
