What is that? The "status" banner, normally placed in the top right corner of the website's pages (or at the top of this page), indicates the operational status of the website, so as you always know when we are open for business.
Does that mean the "status" can change? Yes, the "status" may change throughout the year. Here is a brief description of the identifiers for each "status" banner:
- CURRENTLY OPEN: this banner indicates that we are open for business. Orders can be placed and processed as all activities proceed regularly. E-mails are regularly and timely answered.
In case of a planned, temporary suspension, a PLANNED SUSPENSION banner, featuring the time frame ( from *date* to *date* ) during which the activities are going to be suspended, will also appear below the CURRENTLY OPEN banner.
- SUSPENDED UNTIL *date*: this banner indicates that a suspension (either planned or unplanned) has intervened and shows when it ends. Orders cannot be processed until the date stated in the banner due to technical reasons or holiday breaks. E-mails are regularly answered albeit a slight delay in reply may be involed. Orders can still be placed during the suspension and, although they will not be processed until the suspension ends, they will receive priority upon the resumption of activities.
- SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: this banner indicates that a suspension (either planned or unplanned) has intervened. Orders cannot be placed and processed until a further notice intervenes because of committments that do not allow to establish a deadline for the resumption of activities. Therefore, no deadline is set for the resumption of activities. E-mails are regularly answered albeit delays may be involved.
