Main item: MACV payroll card (MACV form 5), Vietnam War, 1960s-1970s

Main item's material: PVC (ID card) and paper (signature strip)

Main item's features: design on both sides, round corners and placeholder data already present as shown in the image on the left.

Main item's description: currency control plate (informally known as "payroll card") issued by the MACV (Military Assistance Command, Vietnam) to military and civilian personnel in Vietnam during the 1960s-1970s. The card allowed bearer's information to be recorded when conducting certain transaction.

Remarks: save for the signature, other placeholder or custom data is printed directly on the ID card in a font that emulates relief embossing.
