Main item: FBI ID cards, modern era

Main item's material: PVC

Main item's features: design on both sides, round corners and placeholder data already present as shown in the image on the left. Photograph is printed directly on the ID card.

Main item's description: ID card issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to its active and retired personnel since the 2000s.

Remarks: the difference among the "retired" ID cards consists in a slightly different verbiage on each. The chip sits flush with the card's surface and is available in two design styles (see picture on the left for further details).

CUSTOMIZATION

Replaces placeholder data on the main item with the ones provided by you. Add custom name, photo and more.

Follow these steps in order provide the information for customization:
  1. Download the customization form for this item (here in .pdf format or here in .doc format).
  2. Fill the customization form as per filling instructions contained in the form.
  3. Email the filled customization form to the e-mail address shown in the Contact us section.
If you're looking for more advanced customization options such as:

ATTENTION - PARTIAL RESTRICTION AHEAD

If ALL of the following conditions are realized at the same time:
  1. The main item ordered is one of the following:
    • Retired ID card
    • Separated ID card
    • Retired/separated ID card
  2. The main item is being shipped to the United States of America or their possessions.
  3. The main item is customized with information belonging to an individual.
a "replica stamp" will appear as it is pictured on the left.

The "replica stamp" is not applied if one or more of the above conditions are not realized.
Condition 2. is not realized if the main item is customized with data belonging to:
  • a fictional character from a movie/TV series (E.G. Maggie Bell, from FBI)
  • a fictional character from a cartoon/meme (E.G. Boomer)
  • a historical character no longer alive (E.G. Albert Einstein)
 Additionally, a "replica notice" as pictured on the left is always applied on the backside of the main item if this is shipped to the aforementioned destination country. If a hard cover for the main item is ordered as well, the main item will not be attached to it.
