Exemptions

Certain items are subject to specific restrictions as per article 7.1. of our TOS. When a restriction is present, it is displayed on the item's webpage (normally in the "customization" box). In order for a restriction to operate, certain conditions must be realized at the time of the ordering. These conditions are listed in the restriction's description displayed on an item's wepage. If these conditions are not realized, the restriction does not apply.

That being said, exemptions may be granted to said restrictions. An exemption allows a customer to order a certain item without it being subject to the restriction(s) that otherwise would operate in lack of said exemption.

If you have any questions about the exemptions or if you wish to know whether or not you can be granted one, feel free to contact us so as to discuss your situation, we will be glad to help.
