Main item's material: cardstock

Main item's features: design on both sides, round corners and placeholder data already present as shown in the image on the left. Photograph is printed directly on the card.

Main item's description: ID card issued by the Department of Defense (DOD) to military personnel of the US Army National Guard and US Air Force Air National Guard during the 1990s-2020s.

Remarks: "Series 1", Series 2" and "Series 3" cards feature the same information but a slightly different font and font size for the titles of the fields containing the bearer's information and a slightly different appearance and/or placement for the indication of the card's issuer in the lower right corner of the backside. "Series 1" cards feature "GENEVA CONVENTIONS CATEGORY" in full on the backside while other "Series" feature "GENEVA CONV. CATEGORY" instead. "Series 1", "Series 2" and "Series 3" card feature a description of bearer's appearance on the backside and read "Social Security Number" on the front side, while on "Series 4" cards the fields dedicated to the bearer's appearance on the backside are replaced by a single field reading "Benefits Number" and the "Social Security Number" field is replaced by "DoD ID NUMBER". "Type 1" cards read only "RANK" in the dedicated field, while "Type 2" cards read "RANK / PAY GRADE" instead. The difference between the main item and the Active Duty and Reserve versions consist in the indication of the status below the branch name (see picture on the left for a comparison).
