Main item's material: cardstock

Main item's features: design on front side only or both sides, square corners and placeholder data already present as shown in the image on the left. The Types of the "1941 EDition" come folded at the center.

Main item's description: military driver's license (formally motor vehicle operator's permit) issued by the US Army to personnel qualified to drive military vehicles during the 1920s and the early 1940s.

Remarks: the "Type 1", "Type 2" and "Type 3" of the "1923 Edition" feature the same design with viritually no variations but each have a different color, while the "Type 4" of the same edition features a different font altogether (typewriter) for the item's design and a different color as well. The "Type 1" and "Type 2" of the "1941 Edition" feature the same design but different colors, while all of the remaining Types of the same edition feature slighly different variations in terms of size and/or fonts and/or colors. Some do contain misprints on purpose such as on the genuine item(s) they replaced (E.G.: "Officers' Initials" instead of "Officer's Initials").
