Main item's description: pocket card issued by the Military Assistance Command, Vietnam (MACV) to military personnel stationed in Vietnam and pertaining appropriate handling of captured enemy personnel and prisoners of war in the field.

Remarks: the difference between "Series 1, Type 1" and "Series 1, Type 2" cards consists in a different graphic style for the MACV logo; see picture on the left for a comparison.
