Decorations: Vietnam Parachutist badge, Presidential Unit Citation with 2 oak leaves, Combat Infantry Badge 3rd award, Master Parachutist Badge, Distinguished Service Cross, Silver Star, Bronze Star with "V" device and one oak leaf, Army Commendation Medal with "V" device, Purple Heart with 2 oak leaves, National Defense Service Medal with 1 oak leaf cluster, Korean Service Medal with 3 campaign stars, Vietnam Service Medal with 1 campaign star, UN Korean Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal.
