Description: JoysingersIDs replica of Type VI (1960s style) US Air Force Medal of Honor with certificate. Medal is made of copper with green enamel and is a single piece. Suspension system is composed by 3 hooks, placed behind the octagonal pad, where stars have been machine sewn. 3 fasteners have been sewn to the end of the cravat, to allow closure. Cravat and pad material is grosgrain, with a very light moirč effect. Certificate is printed on colored paper
